A1: We accept a 50% deposit upfront , and the remaining 50% balance can be paid upon receipt of the bill of lading or a copy of the letter of credit. We also accept payments via Western Union, VISA, and PayPal.

A2: Yes, we can produce custom molded rubber and silicone rubber, as well as plastic products in various colors. If you place an order, we will require the color code.

A3: We have standard models in stock based on your requirements. Special products and large orders will be newly produced according to your order. 

Q4: What is the expected lifespan of rubber and plastic parts? 
A4: The product lifespan depends on many factors, including environment, cycles, pressure, etc. Keyuan Rubber & Plastic cannot predict the sealing lifespan under various operating conditions. Customers can perform accelerated life testing to determine the expected lifespan, but this must be done in dynamic applications.
